HVENS Vault - a productized BCDR appliance for on-prem backup with mandatory offsite.
A turnkey on-prem PBS appliance, on hardware we sell and manage, with mandatory offsite replication to either a paired Vault at your DR site or to the HVENS Cloud BCDR target.

- Built on Proxmox VE + Proxmox Backup Server, the same platform powering HVENS Cloud
- Mandatory offsite replication - to a second Vault or to Richweb's cloud BCDR target. A Vault that doesn't replicate isn't a supported configuration.
- Optional DR site in HVENS Cloud, so a complete site loss is recoverable into our Virginia or Maryland facility
- Hardware Richweb manages - we configure, ship, and maintain. You operate the backup policies through the same interface as the rest of your Proxmox stack.

We run the Proxmox stack on your hardware, at your site - so the cloud operating model isn't tied to leaving your building.
Some workloads can't move to the cloud. Some shouldn't. For those, we sell per-asset management: per-host, per-PBS-server, or per-SAN, billed monthly, scoped to hardware Richweb supports. Customers running on customer-owned hardware that we didn't build can usually be brought under management after a hardware review.
Managed PVE host
Per-hypervisor recurring management. Monitoring, alerting, tooling, multiportal access, and Richweb engineering support. Standard hosts and CEPH HCI hosts are separate SKUs.

Managed PBS server
Per-server management of an on-prem Proxmox Backup Server. Monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, Richweb support. Pairs naturally with Vault deployments.

Managed SAN
Per-SAN management for ZFS, Linux, or third-party storage feeding a managed Proxmox cluster. We monitor, patch, and integrate; you keep your vendor support contract for proprietary hardware.

One-time migration projects for customers leaving VMware.
We move workloads from VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or bare-metal onto Proxmox - typically on the customer's existing hardware and SAN. Project-shaped engagements, not recurring.
Migration project
Discovery, PVE build on customer hardware, per-VM cutover in waves, validation, and documentation handoff. A bundle of cloud-engineering labor hours scoped per engagement.
