-- DEMO Live walkthrough · 30 – 45 min

Want to see it first? Schedule a demo.

We'll share our screen and walk you through whatever part of HVENS you're evaluating - live, with an engineer who operates the platform.

What we can show you

  • The customer portal - provisioning, console access, snapshots, and backups
  • Proxmox Backup Server workflow - on-prem cluster → offsite PBS target → DR restore
  • Network configuration - VLANs, firewall rules, VPN tunnels, peering setup
  • Monitoring & alerting - what we watch and how escalations reach you
  • Migration tooling - how we move workloads from VMware, Hyper-V, or bare metal

How it works

  1. Tell us what you're evaluating. Migration? Backup target? A specific feature? We tailor the demo to it.
  2. Pick a time. Email sales@richweb.com with a couple of slots that work, or call 804-368-0421.
  3. 30 – 45 minutes. Live walkthrough, then Q&A. Bring your team - engineers welcome.
  4. Follow-up. We send a summary with the quote, architecture notes, or migration plan based on what came up.

What to include in a quote request

The more of this you can share up front, the faster we can price it accurately.

  • Workload type: RDS hosts, domain controllers, file servers, line-of-business apps, backup target, etc.
  • Per-VM sizing: vCPU, RAM, and disk (split OS vs data volumes if applicable).
  • Operating systems: Windows Server version, Linux distro - and whether you're bringing licensing.
  • Networking: Any public IPs, VPN/site-to-site, private VLANs between VMs.
  • Backup: Already have a plan? Need us to provide target capacity?
  • Timeline: Just exploring, or do you have a cutover date?
